About the Poet

Larry D. Thomas is an award-winning poet who has published six collections of poetry, most recently With the Light of Apricots, an online chapbook published by Lily Press. Mr. Thomas’ poetry has twice been nominated for a Pushcart Prize, and he was recently appointed by the Texas Legislature as the 2008 Texas State Poet Laureate.
